Steps to follow when selling a house/property:

Being a real estate sale representative has always been a dream for me and a first choice career. 2. Staging, depersonnalize and deguttering your house. The objective is to make your living space as spacious and welcoming as possible. It is recommended to take out family pictures and personal belongings. It is also recommended to stage your house to give the best first impression. I can make the necessary arrangements that can greatly enhance the value of your property. It is also a very important step to help a fast selling process.
3. Repaint walls with neutral tones: Taste may vary from one person to another. Therefore it is important that neutral tones be used. Also, a touch-up to all scuff marks will make the house more attractive for potential buyers.
4. Fix any loose handles and repair any defects in the house will give the potential buyers a better first glance of the house.
